I apologize for your experience and I’ve processed a refund for you.
We acknowledge we had a problem with some questions, since they did not get as much testing as our previous beta questions had.
As of May 1st, we also just completed a rewrite of the majority of our questions (that were not in the original L2 Beta) and have updated them in our system. It took hundreds of man hours to complete but we think the result is a much higher level of quality. Rewriting is the essence of good writing.
