I don’t see any reason why you can’t reapply for the next exam cycle.
Similarly, I don’t see any reason why you won’t be able to reapply immediately – does it allow you to in your CFA Institute account?

Hi, Thanks for replying, but I don’t see any reapply option in my scholarship zone so I guess I cannot apply for the same scholarship twice.

Might be worth checking again in a few days / weeks. I don’t remember seeing anywhere that mentions that you can only apply for a scholarship once if you are rejected.
It also might not be that you have a ‘reapply’ option, but you just have to ‘apply’, i.e. go through the same process as you did the first time, rather than go through a ‘reapplication’ process.
