Aussie Grad looking for placement in the US, how to tell your potential employer about the E3 visa?

I think the title says it all, haha, but furthermore, how would you go about networking with people that live thousands of miles away from where you live? 

For those who don’t know, the E3 visa is a visa specifically given to Australian citizens to have eligibility to work in the US, the pool of visa candidates are outside the likes of the H1-B visa, etc. It is chosen from a pool of Australian citizens only.

does anyone have any tips?
