I’ve sent an email but it’s been a couple of days I haven’t heard from them and also tried to reach them using all numbers provided at the website. The UK tool free number seems like it’s not active…The reason I need to contact them is that I need to clarify a couple of things and as I am paying by invoice

So just to summarize, it is not possible to change the exam window and postpone it to a different date without losing the fee, is that right?
