Dear Friends, I took and passed my CFA level 1 in 2006. I took CFA Level 2 twice and failed twice. Needless to say extremely disappointed and discouraged and I gave up – had two kids (not from discouragement ofcourse and life got so busy that I never came back to CFA. Its time to retry again and I have many questions :
    1. Is my CFA Level 1 still valid?
    2. Have they started a new rule that “One needs a 4 year investment experience” to hold a CFA charter?
    3. I want to take Level 2 in June 2015 but I would like to start brushing up – would anyone be willing to sell their books/materials to me after they are done with Level 4. I would ofcourse buy the newly released material next year. But i want to pretend as though i am taking the exam in December and will use mock exams to see if i still have it in me!

Thank you so much for your time. I am so glad I found this site
