Hi Zee,

Thanks for getting back to me.

So I don’t get the exact screen you get there.

This is the screen I get instead. As you can see there is no option to withdraw from my exam.

However, when I do click manage exam appointment, I get this screen.

 

From there I am asked to enter my confirmation number and the first 4 letters of my last name. From which I get the error message as described in the original post.

I have also contacted CFA Institute so hopefully I get a response and I will update this thread once I do.
