Hello everyone, hope you are doing well
Im trying to enroll and register for de CFA Exam Feb/2022 for almost a month and the website shows me everyday a message “Something went wrong”. Has anyone had the same experience?
I have contacted them by e-mail several times but no responses. Today I sent a message by Instagram and Twitter (no responses too, until now).
I’m wating that to start studying but I’m afraid to lose the early registration and won’t have enough time to study…Im very anxious with that!! And start thinking if I should persuit a certificate provided by an institution who doesn’t care about the candidate
Hope someone can help me, Im feeling like a trash!

Hello all!
The error happens after I click in “Register” at “https://cfaprogramregistration.cfainstitute.org/registration/exam”.
Could someone click and then send me the link? Maybe that works….I’m just trying to solve by myself 🙂

Tried it again after logging in – rather than using your link, I clicked on the button as highlighted by you in your image, and it seems to work for me:

Hello all, good news!! (not so good)
I created an other account (with an other e-mail) and the Error is gone….
That left just one alternative, my old account has something wrong and just CFAI can solve it
If you are applying for the firts time maybe it’s better create other account. If not, you need to call them (good luck with that)
Hope I can help other candidates with the same issue!

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble registering.
- Can you post a screenshot of the error message you’re getting?
- Have you tried with another computer and another internet connection?

Looks like a generic error that you’ll have to follow up with CFA Institute. Email them including your Error Tracking Reference Number.
This issue has been reported in the past – there’s another discussion about this but I think you’ve posted there as well.

To get CFA Institute to follow up on this you can try calling them, but it’s a long process – here’s how one candidate got it done.
