Can’t reschedule CFA appointment

      As you know, the August CFA Level  I exam has been cancelled and, thus, I have to rescchedule my appointment.

      Until now, I have received an email from Prometric informing about the status of the cancelled appointment and another one from CFA institute informing the same matter in details.

      Yet, I have troubles rescheduling my test. Is their any information needed to reschedule that I haven’t received? I try to contact Prometric, however, I also have difficulties identifying what test sponsor and testing client are.

      So far, I am stuck. Can any help me?

      Candidates affected will be contacted via email “in the next few days” to arrange rescheduling to future exam windows. So you should wait for an email from CFA Institute.
