Hi,
I used Adapt prep (previously passed tense) for Level 1 and was very happy with it. It was still in Beta mode back then and they offered free trials and even prize money to the people finishing at the highest level as a way to improve the questions. I’m now using it again for Level 2 and am very dissatisfied. The questions are filled with errors, although minor ones it makes a huge difference as quite often the tricky part with CFA comes down to the details.There are two reasons for me to write about it here. Firts because I was wondering if anyone else is dissatisfied with the service. I have tried to contact them but without success, I’m reporting each and every question I see but no replies and no amendments to be seen.
Secondly as a heads up to other users. The idea and technology are both great, but unless they can improve the quality of their questions it’s useless as you’re not getting the practice that is needed.

I apologize for your experience and I’ve processed a refund for you.
We acknowledge we had a problem with some questions, since they did not get as much testing as our previous beta questions had.
As of May 1st, we also just completed a rewrite of the majority of our questions (that were not in the original L2 Beta) and have updated them in our system. It took hundreds of man hours to complete but we think the result is a much higher level of quality. Rewriting is the essence of good writing.

I’m not quite as dissatisfied as you but I concur somewhat. I think the concept is great and I realize their level two is in its trial stages so I give them credit for that. Their support responds to me normally within 72 hours but they appear to only have one gentlemen Terence who answers inquiries so he can only do so much.

Since posting this I have received feedback/responses to my emails and they have upped their game in general, which is highly appreciated. It seems as they have taken the feedback seriously and am determined to improve the quality, which is great given it’s a good idea and product as long as the questions offered have a high quality.
