        First time candidate here,

I’m still getting familiar with the BA II Plus Pro, and wanted to ask some questions on what the calculator can or can’t do, and also what is allowed in the exam.

        1. Is the BA II Plus Pro capable of storing formulae for your own custom functions? For example, storing the Dupont formula so that all you have to do is enter the values?
        2. If this is possible, is this allowed in the exam?
        3. Are we allowed to store numerical values when bringing the calculator into the exam?

You can’t create custom functions or store formulae (that I know of anyway).

You’re not supposed to store any numerical values and you have to clear your memory before the exam starts. What kind of values are you saving?

I figured if allowed I could put in standard t-test values – I heard that t-test tables aren’t provided in the exam, or is this not correct?

I would like to know this as well. Anyone?

@jenova required values are confirmed by CFAI to be provided, see this thread, https://forum/.300hours.com/discussion/3417/are-z-tables-given-in-the-exam#latest
