Hello all, I couldn´t attend my Level 1 exam in November 2021, and I´ve been told by customer care that I can register for the May 2022 level 1 exam free of charge. However, when I reach the checkout point, it still shows a charge of 1000 dollars. There is an information bubble at the beginning of the selection process that mentions using a registration transfer option to get a final price of $0. Am I missing a step? Any help with this would be very appreciated!

Free deferrals are handled on a case-by-case basis so usually they aren't applied automatically. You'll need to get back to whomever who told you that you can defer and ask for specific instructions for your deferral. Good luck, and let us know how it goes!
