Passport-Middle Name

Exam tickets were issued a couple weeks ago and I was just looking over mine and saw that my middle name on my passport is not shown on the ticket. First and last name are shown however and match exactly, as does the passport number and expiration date. Is it an issue that my middle name is not shown on the ticket? Does everyone else’s ticket show their middle name?

Yeah I am having the same issue… I sent an email to the CFA Institute and they sent back a generic “here’s a form to change your details” response. I’ve asked them to clarify so hopefully I’ll hear back soon! I don’t want to submit a change details form this close to the exam if I can avoid it. Did anyone hear anything else in the meantime?

        Thanks guys for the advice!

Aylouis, I submitted the change of identification information form along with a copy of my passport and the change was made with my exam ticket updated in like 2 days. After all this I’d say go ahead and change it. Worth it to just make sure everything is right and they make the changes really quickly.

I didn’t have my middle name on my exam ticket and never got into trouble by it. Still, it seems safe to give them a call to be sure.

Someone asked this last year and I think it worked out. Best to give them a ring to check though.
