Hey All,
First post on here. I am taking the level 1 in December and started studying beginning of June. I was wondering how long you should focus on each section. I know that obviously should take into account the weighted percent. My question is rather should I study a section, lets call it stats, until I know it like the back of my hand or get a general knowledge of it and come back to it again? I don’t want to get hung up if I don’t understand a section 100% then be behind on everything. Thanks in advance.

Assuming your experience is the same as mine: with the weighted percent as a guide, expect to spend a bit more time on FRA in studying. I found alternative investments to be quick to study, but hard to master (lots of time getting questions wrong in practice exams). Ethics also took a long time to go through for me. I would try and stick to a strict time schedule with Ethics, and move on to practice questions if the studying part was taking too long.
