Hi,
somehow I am too stupid to use my calculator. If I press the same taps (like in the picture) on my calculator, it displays 5,5 instead of 9,9. Any ideas why?

You may have forgotten to enter the minus sign for PMT.
Going through the keystrokes, I got 9.9 as the answer for N, same as the slide shows, but if you enter 150 for PMT instead of -150, I get N = -5.55.
Was that your issue?
