Hey guys, Just a quick one - is there a pre-determined format for topics covered in the AM and PM exams? By this I mean do we know which topics we cover in the morning, and which in the afternoon? Cheers

It's all random as far as I can remember, both for Level I and II.

  @mitch895 that’s actually a pretty good question. I was really wondering about that myself. Thanks for asking. I still can’t get over the fact that it’s a 6 hour paper!

  No @mitch895. You’d just now the % coverage of topic in the overall exams (see here for topic weightings), we wouldn’t know about the AM or PM split. Wouldn’t think it should matter as you need to know the whole syllabus!

  Yes, and you should expect to see questions from all topic areas in the morning and again from all topic areas in the afternoon. The questions come in clusters by topic area, rather than in a random manner. If you look at the CFA mock exam, that’s a good representation of what the actual exam looks like.
