Hi @sankalp , as per our beginner’s guide to CFA: to register in the CFA program as a Level 1 candidate, you’ll need to meet one of the following enrollment requirements:

Have a Bachelor’s degree; orBe a final year student in a Bachelor’s program (or equivalent), but degree program must be completed prior to Level 2 registration; orHave a combination of 4 years of full-time, paid professional work experience (can be non-investment related), and/or college/university education on the date of registering for the Level 1 exam. The dates of education and work cannot overlap and must be in sequence for the total of 4 years.

So it seems the earliest you can register for L1 is when you are in your final year in July 2021. However, given the registration deadlines for Aug21, you probably can only make Nov21 Level 1.

Oh that’s interesting, although taking a risk I suppose.

According to CFA Institute, they may request proof of education (copy of diploma, marksheet, any other relevant documents) and/or work experience (letter of employment, salary slips, any other relevant documents) to be submitted at any stage of your journey as a candidate or even after becoming a member in order to demonstrate entrance requirements were met. Failure to provide requested documentation relevant to entrance requirements may result in cancellation of a current exam registration, withholding of exam results, voiding of past exam results, and may lead to investigation and disciplinary action by the CFA Institute Professional Conduct Program.
