Hey guys so I guess everyone has seen about the scheduled free workshops. My questions are anyone planning on attending? And has an one ever attended one of those before? If so what can one expect from such an event?

I guess you should attend one and see? I must say I haven’t attend a topic-specific one myself, but if it’s organized by providers such as Kaplan, Fitch etc, it should give you a good taste of their teaching style (if they host classes), plus a nice (free) way to try out a different method of learning.

@sophie if FRA means what I think it means, I am pretty sure its painful in general lol sure I am thinking of going. I think it will be good for me to see some live human beings lol will let you know how it goes. I have no doubt its going to be a rocking evening.
P.s. yes I am being sarcastic in the last line. 😀

I’ve attended one – it’s a good session to focus your mind on the exam. Some areas may be obvious but I learnt a few things that I wouldn’t have learnt from just studying alone. It does further the argument for live lessons if you can afford the time and cost. Since it’s free if you’re in the area I’d advise it.

I’ve not been to a free session, but I used Fitch for Level 2 and 3. My personal thoughts is that it really helped my style of studying – I need a structured plan to push myself otherwise I get nothing done. Having instructors also helps resolve problems fast – although having this forum helps a lot 🙂
