Contact Information for 300Hours

      Does anybody know what an appropriate email address is to get in touch with somebody at 300Hours?  I’ve tried hello@300hours.com but it doesn’t appear that anybody monitors that address.  Thank you.

      Hey @roshicb!

      We do monitor hello@, but as @sophie has said in the other thread, we are a teeny tiny team and sometimes our filters don’t work the way they should be. We’re working on your issue with the gift card and we’ll get back to you on this!

        FYI @Zee you never remediated my issue.  If you are going to advertise sending a free gift card for completing a survey that contains lots of personal information, then at least keep up your part of the bargain and ensure any community members receive their part of the deal.   Also, it’s completely inappropriate to ignore my follow-up emails and not provide a reply.  This is been going on for several months now.

          I’ve responded to your email on 28th June, informing you that we have checked with our partner but could not find your email address linked to any submission. When I replied and asked you if you used any other email address, you were unable to provide me with an alternate email address. You also mentioned that you weren’t able to remember which email address you used.

          I explained that without anything to trace your entry with, I have no avenue to chase this up for you.

          Taking what you’re saying in good faith, I understand that that was a rubbish experience. To help as much as we could, I also provided a free download code to our Calculator Guide on the 1st of July, which was used on the 6th of July, presumably by you.

          Please let me know if this rings any bells, or if I’ve been emailing another Roshi about an identical issue…

      Is there an email address that you can share with us?  I have been trying to get in touch with the 300 Hours team for about a month so far and my emails have largely been ignored.

          Hi Zee,

          Can you please look into this for my account as well?  I sent the 300Hours team emails regarding this on 5/24, 6/29, 7/5 and was replied back on 7/7 advising it should automatically be received.  However, I replied back later on 7/7 advising I have not received it and for somebody to please investigate this issue for me.  I followed up on 7/14 and 7/21 asking for an update on this, but still have not received a reply back from anyone.

          Can you please advise why this was not sent to my email address?  Seems several of us completed the survey and were never provided the gift card.

            I’ve just had a look at the email thread. I’ve checked your email address against the list we got from our partner, but your email address does not show as having completed a survey. I will double-check again with our partner and get back to you.

            Hi @nveight30

            So some good news for you – we’ve chased up with our partner.

            The survey is supposed to be completed within 2 weeks of receiving the email, but turns out five people completed the survey AFTER the two weeks had gone by. I believe our partner was supposed to have closed the survey but they didn’t do so immediately after two weeks.

            Your entry is one of the five ‘late’ submissions, but our partner will pay them out any way. So expect something coming your way in a week or so – if not, please just let me know!

          @Zee oh well…that’s odd this email address isn’t showing up but I’m happy you sent me the calculator guide (which I confirmed I used) so I guess I’ll just leave it at that.
