I have failed the August 2021 Level 2 exam. Is it necessary to give it in Feb 2022 or can i give it in August 2022? Can i use the same study material that i used for August 2021 or do i need to buy a new one?

You don't have to retake your exam immediately. You can even take it in 2023 if you wish, although we recommend that candidates retake within a year - otherwise restarting your studies after too long a time away makes it harder to pass. The study material for 2021 will be different from the 2022 exams - you can find a summary of changes here.
