Is it too late to start CFA Level 1 for May 2022 now?

        Hi,

        I am a business analyst (30F) and my plan is to get into investment research industry next year. I have several questions:

        1. Will it be too late for me to only start studying for CFA level 1 for May 2022 now? Or will it be a safer bet if I register for August 2022?
        2. Will it be too late for me to start CFA program now at my age of 30, considering that I don’t have any experience in finance/investment beforehand?

          1. May’22 should be totally doable. 5-6 months of prep is fine.
          2. 30 is not ‘too old’ at all.
