Once you register the CFAI will give you access to the entire curriculum in the form of 6 eBooks, access to some test question and a mock exam.  You can get hard copies of the curriculum at extra cost. If you also become a member of the CFAI (extra cost) there are is also a selection of webcasts to view.

After that you have the option of using a third party training provider such as Kaplan Schwester, Fitch Learning, Wiley Elan etc which can provide additional resources such as practice notes, video lectures, question, mock exams etc. Although this comes at additional cost (can be substantial).
