What sections discouraged you the most?

FRA was the toughest for me for Level 1. It’s kind of the same for level 2 as well…

I just don’t like accounting in any shape or form. I prefer the macro and micro sections in Level I so far…

Have faith @sidmenon, more revision and practice in that area should help. Else post a new question in the discussion thread here to ask the pros in the community. Sometimes it’s better explained by human than reading text book 🙂

FRA in Level 2, its a death zone… especially pension accounting bleurgh

@reena same for me. I just get killed by the questions that end with ‘so does their pension liability go up or down’?

I think Economics has always been my weakness. And i really don’t know if it’ll change to much of an extent. Enough to pass at least, i hope.

@Tacheman you’ve got some intense accounting in Level 2 though…

I just don’t like derivatives.

@maroon5 mostly the calculation questions. They take waaaaay too long for me and halfway through the question I just know I made a wrong turn somewhere and I’m never going to get any of the 3 choices, let alone the actual right answer.

I’m just glad I’m not an actuary at this stage… looking at the brighter side of things!
