If I can not pass Level 1 in one attempt, then should I need to provide Exam fees, $1150, again?

not exactly, you only have to pay the exam registration fee again, which would be $700-1,000 depending on how early you register.
the one-off enrollment fee of $450 is paid once only for your entire CFA exams.

I am not sure about but you can’t $1150 you can pay much low then this.
