I have paid the CFA Institute for the Level one exam, through invoice payment, via wire transfer, which I am taking up in Feb2022, I have sent them an email on the 20th of July 2021, it’s been almost 4 days since I haven’t received any email yet, is there any other way to contact them?

Hi, Pranay I still haven’t received it yet, it has almost been more than 20 days, I don’t know when they will send the message, I have tried to contact them via phone and emails, it has been of no use, nobody answers for hours together, this is been very frustrating since I have not got any materials, I really wish someone would help us with this situation. Please let me know if you receive the confirmation, reply to this thread.

Hi shashank, I didn’t receive payment confirmation mail but they have mailed me saying that my query has escalated to Payment and Revenue Department. Please let me know if u receive confirmation from their side

Hi @shashank9741 I didn’t receive any mail from payment and revenue department yet. I had call on CFA troll free number, they said they have escalated query to payment and revenue department, and the concern person from that department will contact me through mail.

Hi have you received reply from CFA?? Even i have register for Feb 2022 level 1 exam and done payment through invoice on 1st july 2021 and it has been more than a month i didn’t receive confirmation mail from them.
