@Sophie @christine Yeah, i think it is mostly because i just returned from a weekend trip and Monday just wasn’t going to be a productive day after that. So off to more fruitful hours!

@christine The reason is because i didn’t do much studying, was a slow day for me. That’s why the guilt. I am doing 6 hours a day and anything less makes me feel like i’m wasting time and money.

There’s always some off days dude. The thing to do about them is to not dwell too much on them.

Ah no worries @sidmenon. We all have those off-days. It’s good that you recognise that you’re not productive hence there isn’t a point of sitting around staring at the book when nothing is entering. Take a full break, you should be more refreshed next time.
As long as this doesn’t happen often then you are on the right track!
