I had applied for Level II exam in June 2020 and due to Covid it was deferred twice.
This time I was willing to sit for the exam in the November 2021 session and hence did not apply for the refund. However, due to unforeseen circumstances I won’t be able to give the exam in the November term and would like to sit in the Feb’22 session. However I am unable to apply for the same without being charged.
Kindly provide some insight on how I can defer my exam or take a refund since I have already paid the amount.

According to the rules as set out by CFA Institute you won’t be able to get your refund, since you passed on it to register for Nov’21.
