Hi all
Although it is mentioned on the CFA Institute’s website that there will be an exam for Level 1 in July 2021, the registration hasn’t been opened yet, and it is already ~6 months from today. Is there any chance that there will not be eventually an exam on July? Do you know when the registration process would be opened?

Hi @pribelles, since it has been announced, it is unlikely to be ‘removed’ as an option. But again, with this pandemic, anything is quite possible.
We should expect to hear announcements by end of this month, when Dec 2020 exam results are announced. Unfortunately CFA Institute didn’t provide any clear guidance except it will be open ‘in a few weeks time’. So we will have to wait and see.
Postponed candidates who couldn’t obtain a Feb exam appointment have already been contacted for March bookings, so I would imagine July is up next in CFA Institute’s list of to-dos.
