Have you tried CFA Job Line service for applying to jobs

I recently heard about Jobline service provided by CFA institute, which is a paid service provided to Members and Candidates. 
Have you used this for applying to jobs ? If yes please share your experience. I’m looking for feedback and reviews before investing in it. 
I’m based in Toronto and like to apply for entry-level Financial Analyst or related opportunities. In case you have used it as a recruiter/employer to hire candidates feel free to share your experience from the hiring perspective and what employers would look for in a candidate, which would help me get prepared.
