        Hi 300hours members!

        Gearing up for CFA level 1 prep for December 2015 exam and wanted to know feedback on the following:

        BSAS Mock Exam

        BSAS Question Bank

        More specifically:

        1) how is the difficulty of the mock exam & question bank?
        2) how many questions in the BSAS question bank?
        3) worth the purchase price?

        My focus is to practice, practice and practice questions and quality questions in terms of difficulty level of the actual exam are key. I am sticking with CFAI EOCs + CFAI mocks and Elan/Wiley practice questions + Elan/Wiley mocks but was looking for more resources when finding out about BSAS.

        @sophie and @christine – does 300hours.com have any promo codes with BSAS?

          Hey @blitzspades – I heard good things about the BSAS mock but the package offered seems quite confusing. It’s not clear what you’re getting for $99 – quite expensive for a mock but might be a good deal if it includes a test bank.

          Wiley/Elan is pretty good, but if you need more practice you can see what’s on offer thru 300h here https://300hours.com/cfa-practice-questions-guide/#.VYV2sO2DTqA

            hey @hairyfairy 
            I’ve received confirmation that the question bank with BSAS for the 3 previous years of mock exams from BSAS.. so 720 questions. I’ve heard good things as well but hoping for more feedback as to quality of questions.

              I got the BSAS mock for level 2 recently for £25 and in my opinion it was way too easy…wouldn’t bother with it again, although I can’t comment on the level 1 mock etc.

              But yeah….total waste of money for level 2 in my opinion.
