Best question bank for Level 1?

CFAI, Kaplan, Wiley in that order.

Aside from what FinPlannerAnalyst said, variety is important, i.e. different questions from different providers helps. I think 2 question banks are more than sufficient though from a budget perspective, since they have so many questions anyway.
