If you receive the email right away are you more likely pass? Do failing candidates wait longer?

but if your goal is to get into AM, any role that gets you closer to that goal should be considered. It’s sometimes harder to jump direct, but gradually switching over works all the time.
E.g. if you get an investment banking or equity research role with your CFA, do it for a year, and aim for AM –> easier than trying to hop into AM from IT. I suppose it’s less risky from an employer’s point of view

@mattyc there is no correlation to pass/fail etc, simply a function of email servers.
Sorry to hear @djwestwood…

I passed! I really enjoy this blog, it was only a shame I found it after I took the test. But it will be really helpful for level 2.

@vincentt – we’ve written about convincing your firm to sponsor your program before: https://300hours.com/how-to-pitch-to-your-firm-to-sponsor-your-cfa-program/

It’s not a given that they will sponsor the next level as well? Well I hope to see you in L3 forum. Many thanks for all your help. Very much appreciated.
