Can you please look into this for my account as well? I sent the 300Hours team emails regarding this on 5/24, 6/29, 7/5 and was replied back on 7/7 advising it should automatically be received. However, I replied back later on 7/7 advising I have not received it and for somebody to please investigate this issue for me. I followed up on 7/14 and 7/21 asking for an update on this, but still have not received a reply back from anyone.
Can you please advise why this was not sent to my email address? Seems several of us completed the survey and were never provided the gift card.
