Website Error when trying to Enroll and Register

Question

Hello everyone, hope you are doing well

Im trying to enroll and register for de CFA Exam Feb/2022 for almost a month and the website shows me everyday a message "Something went wrong". Has anyone had the same experience?

I have contacted them by e-mail several times but no responses. Today I sent a message by Instagram and Twitter (no responses too, until now).

I'm wating that to start studying but I'm afraid to lose the early registration and won't have enough time to study...Im very anxious with that!! And start thinking if I should persuit a certificate provided by an institution who doesn't care about the candidate

Hope someone can help me, Im feeling like a trash!

Looks like a generic error that you'll have to follow up with CFA Institute. Email them including your Error Tracking Reference Number.

This issue has been reported in the past - there's another discussion about this but I think you've posted there as well.

Hello all, good news!! (not so good)

I created an other account (with an other e-mail) and the Error is gone....

That left just one alternative, my old account has something wrong and just CFAI can solve it

If you are applying for the firts time maybe it's better create other account. If not, you need to call them (good luck with that)
