Rip It Up

Try highlighting the vignette for easier reference instead of tearing it out. You do not want to be the person to stand out of the crowd (especially in a quiet exam hall with thousands of people lol). Also, it might give the proctor the impression that you have intentions to sneak the pages out (which is strictly prohibited).

@ykilstein‌ it may not state that, but it might make it more difficult for proctors to determine if you’ve smuggled bits of paper out. And it’s difficult to explain why you ripped pages out.

I’d advise against it. It’s like bringing loads of technically-allowed-but-suspicious items through airport security: technically should be fine, but at the same time not the best idea.

I’m just envisioning someone ripping paper out during the exam, like @vincentt‌ said you can hear even when someone’s stomach rumbles :))

I find the proctor’s to be strict. My eraser still had the original paper casing on it and they ripped it off. And I was like x.X…
