For some reason I am more stressed about how/when/where I will eat lunch than I am about the actual exam. Should I pack a lunch? Is it provided? If I don't do I have to run out and grab something in that short window for lunch? I will be taking it in downtown Detroit, which I would imagine is pretty dead downtown on a Saturday. What have your experiences been?

I highly recommend packing your own lunch. You avoid the stress and queues, plus you get an hour of peace and quiet munching your own healthy meal before the second half.
