      Can anyone provide feedback under FRA for Common Size Balance Sheet. I came across on the CFAI mock exam. According to CFA Page 246 in FRA it says Common size is best to have Total Revenues as the base where as Schweser Notes on Page 98 say Total Assets. I’m confused as there was no Erata for Schweser.

      Common size bs is % of assets. Sales aren’t recorded on the bs, obviously.

      Common size income statement = all items as % of revenues

      Common size balance sheet = all items as % assets
