Hi, I have paid my level one registration fee through the invoice method and sent the details of the necessary transaction to the Institute’s email ID, it’s been more than a week since I did this, I haven’t got any reply from them, it would be helpful if someone told me how to contact them or to this problem. Please

The only way to chase up anything with CFA Institute with any reliability is to call them up. Last I heard wait times were 2-3 hours, but since it’s past exam window / results day wait times might have gotten better.
