Thank you for your response. I did write them an email around 20 days back however I did not receive a response. I also tried reaching them on their Toll free number but again I wasn’t met with any response.
You likely have to try until you get someone from CFA Institute on the phone. Based on previous candidates’ experiences it’s unlikely that you can get a refund processed, but you might be able to get them to schedule you in for a future exam.
