Hi, I have registered for the Feb 2022 exam, in India, the covid cases are rising and there might be a lockdown in that case what can I do? The CFA Institute does not mention anything about deferrals for 2022 and the price is also 250 dollars and it is quite expensive for me, Can I get a refund, or can I write the next time can someone tell me what I can do?

One has to prepare for the exam if registered, till the CFA Institute or Prometric sends an email of exam cancellation. If due to Covid, the exam gets cancelled and you receive such email, they will register you automatically for the next exam, though you should keep in touch (inform) with the Institute via email. In this case, you will not be charged any fees.
