      Hi, I was registered for CFA Program last week with the awarded scholarship, and firstly I’m using the “pay by invoice” method, after that I decided to change it to credit card payment so that I canceled the invoice and register again, but then my scholarship was not reflected at the checkout session when I register the second time, and it showed the original price.

      I have contacted the CFA Customer Service department few times but didn’t get any reply from them.

      I’m worrying that I won’t get any reply from them until I miss the registration and scholarship deadline. Is it possible for me to just proceed with the payment using the invoice issued during my first-time registration? Although it is not matching with my account now, since after I cancel the previous registration, currently my account showed the original price.

      That sounds like a tech issue – unfortunately with the implementation of the new CFA CBT format and logistics it’s a little manic right now so that might be why you’re still waiting on a response.

      Hi @yiling, CFA Institute have come back with a response. You’ll need to get your account reset:

      The candidate must contact the GCC directly by emailing info@cfainstitute.org to assist with resetting the account.

      Please ensure the candidate is providing the following information in order to resolve the issue.

      Name

      Email address

      Partner ID#

      Which scholarship awarded

      You should hopefully get it reset in time before the early registration deadline. Hope this helps!

        Yea, the issue has been solved. But unfortunately, I still haven’t got any reply from the customer service department. Instead, I used my earlier invoice to make payment, and after going through some processes the registration department had solved the problem. Btw, thanks for your help!

      I have been facing a problem when redeeming my access scholarship. I tried to register for Feb 2022 and at the time of payment it shows the original price which is $1,150. Does anyone know how to solve this?

      Same issue happen to me. Can i know whether there is a toll free number to call in to speed up the process? Because the toll free numbers for Malaysia region provided in the CFA website is unavailable.

      Anyone could help with it?
