Hi, I was registered for CFA Program last week with the awarded scholarship, and firstly I’m using the “pay by invoice” method, after that I decided to change it to credit card payment so that I canceled the invoice and register again, but then my scholarship was not reflected at the checkout session when I register the second time, and it showed the original price.
I have contacted the CFA Customer Service department few times but didn’t get any reply from them.
I’m worrying that I won’t get any reply from them until I miss the registration and scholarship deadline. Is it possible for me to just proceed with the payment using the invoice issued during my first-time registration? Although it is not matching with my account now, since after I cancel the previous registration, currently my account showed the original price.

The candidate must contact the GCC directly by emailing email@example.com to assist with resetting the account.
Please ensure the candidate is providing the following information in order to resolve the issue.
Which scholarship awarded
You should hopefully get it reset in time before the early registration deadline. Hope this helps!
