        Couple of questions –

        1. How would a non-finance professional get the CFA charter? Being an IT Professional how would I show the 48 months of experience required to get the charter post CFA Level III?

        2. What is the validity period for any CFA Level? Say if I complete CFA Level I, can I take a gap of few years and then take up Level II do or is there an expiry?

        Thanks

          Hey @abhicfa

          1. Probably not. You need finance-relevant work experience – more information can be found here: https://300hours.com/cfa-work-experience-requirements/

          2. You can absolutely wait as long as you like, although there is benefit in taking all levels back to back (momentum, you remember topics better, motivation)
