  I’m definitely sleep deprived then! It’s interesting to know that the optimal sleep length is the same for most of us, and more importantly, I can’t learn to sleep less :((

  I sleep 9 hours, or sometimes more. And i don’t end up feeling sleepy at all the rest of the day.

  That’s pure luxury @SidMenon! I’m staying at 7-7.5 hours for now. Any more sleep I seem to feel sleepier in the day – counterintuitive?
