I regularly have issues logging into CFAI website, usually around 1800-2000 CET. Occurs about 3-4 times a week, if it happens I either can’t log in entirely for the day, or I do but it’s so slow that it is practically useless for my revision.
I emailed CFAI but haven’t gotten anything useful, wondered if anyone experienced similar issues and resolved it?

Try clearing your browser cache, or logging in via incognito, that worked for me.

Hi @excelmonkey, I’ve been logging on CFAI’s website weekly and only experienced that once though in the last 2 months. Kinda just waited for 1-2 hours later and it was fine.
What did CFAI say in their response?

I got a canned response saying that sometimes website is down when it’s busy, but I doubt it! If it’s results day or something I can understand, but this is happening a few times a week and by the looks of it not everyone has this issue.
