            Summarised perfectly @DonaCollins! In my younger days I used to have some explosive temper (teenage angst?). Then I found my stress relief pillow.. works wonders when you shout in it as loud as you want!

            That, right there, is the key. You can’t control what others do or say and what triggers are thrown at you, but you can ALWAYS control how you react to ANY situation. Know your triggers; have a plan for stress relief. You are in control of making sure you… well… stay in control!
