It varies hugely by location. But my rough rule is that the longer you stay in a company without fishing for something elsewhere, the more likely you’re underpaid. If you’ve not looked around for 4 years it might be a good time to do so, even if it’s just to recalibrate your market views and expectations.

$60-80k in a small market (or small AUM relationships) maybe $100+ in larger market sounds about right from my colleagues who do that work. PMs and Senior PMs can double or triple depending. I agree with @hairyfairy regarding the “internal pay-anchoring.” The longer your pay has not been adjusted to market comp, the more likely you are underpaid. However, this may not be true from a total comp/benefits perspective though, as more tenured people can get better perks/bonus scales/etc. Your BASE salary, however, will most likely look lower on a relative basis.
