Hmm looks like you have to do some sort of personal ranking there for that 3 roles and just go for it.

Unfortunately there’s no rotational option so whatever I pick has to be what I intend to delve into and move forward with in the career path… those options are pretty distinct so I’ll have to really narrow it down to maybe 1/2 choices that might relate and go from there and build a good case about each one 😀 -

Can you not put those 3 sections in as mention you are keen to explore a rotation for that 3 department? Then you can comment and write in each section what you like about them and want to try a few projects to be able to narrow down your focus?
Those 3 sections are quite distinct and rarely come together in a job role, as you probably know. If your company is open for say a 3 month rotation in each department I’d say go for it.
