Hi, sorry for late reply. May I know have you save the earlier issued invoice? As I used that to made my payment even though I have cancelled it, so they contact me after the department received my payment. It takes about few days after I made my payment.
I told them my issues, they communicate with the scholarship department regarding the issues and after that asked me to register again when the problem fixed, means my scholarship appear again in my account.
