      Hi Everyone, i just cleared the Level 3 exam and had a question about references. The CFA site says “three professional references are required unless you have a reference from a regular member of the society to which you are applying. In that case, two professional references are required”. I know someone in what would be my local CFA society. However, while applying for the membership the application form does not give the option to choose that this particular reference is from the local CFA society. How does the system differentiate that 2 references are enough in this case?
