Please zee help me, tomorrow is the deadline for MY SCHOLARSHIP TO EXPIRE . i TRIED MAKING PAYMENT yesterday but my card was rejected, and on logging in again the amount was reversed from 250 usd to 1450 usd. please assist me, I have sent mails to the GCC yesterday immediately but no response. Please help me , I am in Nigeria, I want to beat the deadline tomorrow.
