hmmm, as far as I know this is considered one of the return objectives, it might not be the primary goal, but can be listed as the secondary goal (something that is flexible). For example, the couple would like to purchase a second home as their holiday home, I remember seeing this listed as a secondary objectives in the return section. Maybe the other guys can confirm this?

@ravivooda was a number given for the expense? How old are the couple and the kids? If no figure given, include as secondary objective. I wouldn't put it in unique...same as @vincentt

  Agree with @vincentt – it can be stated as an objective. With essay answers, it’s OK to write more than 1 if you think it makes sense, you won’t get penalised anyway. Just make sure you watch your timing and don’t write everything under the sun
